In these days, the Simic Group has successfully concluded the acquisition of the majority stake in Faspar Spa, an Italian company globally recognized for its expertise in the design and manufacture of coil processing lines and machinery. Established in the 1966, Faspar Spa has progressively gained market share both in Italy and abroad, distinguishing its supplies through in-depth knowledge, advanced engineering skills, and customer service. The product range encompasses turnkey machinery and plants, focusing on: leveling and cutting-to-lenght lines, especially for tinned strips; longitudinal cutting lines; automatic packaging lines; special, combined, and "multi-blanking" lines; and robotic systems for cutting tool assembly. This recent M&A operation will enable Simic to diversify its offerings with new products and technologies, while allowing Faspar to consolidate and enhance its international presence extensively, tackling new markets and expanding its range of plants.
